In July of 1984, We opened the doors as Precision Alignment & Auto Repair. It was a small one man 3 bay operation that soon became more than one could handle. Within the first year I was able to hire another technician that would stay for the next 6 years.
In December of 1985, we were able to move to a new building, our current location, with highway frontage and enough room for 5 cars. The building was divided up into 3 businesses, Precision Alignment, AJ's Upholstery, and a Tracked Vehicles repair shop. This arrangement served us well into the late 80's when yet another opportunity arose. The tracked vehicles repair business vacated and we immediately took over their space.
In 1991, it was time to add on to the front of the building to complete what is now our service counter, waiting room, and show room. By 1993 AJ's had moved out and we took over expanding to 11 bays and 4 technicians.
1998 was another monumental year for us. One, we changed our name to Precision Automotive to better reflect what we do, and two, we added on once more creating room to work on motorhomes and two washbays. We are proud of our state of the art facility, now 15 bays and a completely paved parking lot. Stop by for a tour. We would love to show it to you.
